IK Smart to APN SMART is a solution for the company in the process of digitalization of its business processes, and improvement on governance. The key to this system is integration, meaning all business processes and governance are interconnected, simplified, automatically consolidated, reported, and monitored through updated dashboards.

The system was initially developed by the MIS team in collaboration with various elements, including internal business process owners and external experts, as part of the fulfillment of PT Indra Karya’s Information Technology master plan towards full digitalization by 2023.

Building on that foundation, the transformation continues under PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara, where the system evolves into a more advanced platform tailored for the agribusiness sector. The renaming to MY Agrinas marks not only a change of identity but also a stronger commitment to integrate plantation, mill, and corporate governance processes into one unified digital ecosystem.
